Who we are

We are strategists, operators, economists and technologists who believe the best advice is the advice that gets implemented.

DISTEX was founded to close a gap we saw again and again: global companies and investors with strong frameworks but thin local insight, and fast-growing local champions with deep market knowledge but limited access to top-tier strategy support. We sit in the middle, combining both.

We work with boards, executive teams, investors and governments on the questions that shape their future. We keep teams small and senior, and we measure ourselves by the results our clients achieve.

    Analysis is a means, not the product. We frame hypotheses early, test them hard and commit to a recommendation.

    Frameworks travel. Markets do not. We build our view from the ground up, through customers, distributors, regulators and data we gather ourselves.

    We do not sell software or take positions that compromise our advice. Our only interest is the client's success.

    We agree what success looks like at the start and track it to the end. If it does not show up in performance, we have not finished.
